Exchange/ Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. 

We only provide exchange for faulty items. Buyers are responsible to inspect and check the items for any faults and notify us within 7 working days upon receiving the items.

Please contact us at bohobaby.sg@gmail.com with your order number and item exchange information. You should only proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email on the exchange.
